About the Role
As a General Dentist, you will join a practice designed to prioritize your clinical autonomy and patient relationships. This role exists to deliver high-quality dental care within a supportive framework that removes administrative burdens, allowing you to focus entirely on the patient experience. You will work alongside a dedicated team where your expertise makes a lasting impact on the community.
In this position, you will enjoy a flexible schedule with no emergency call requirements. You will have access to robust internal and external continuing education programs to advance your skills in specialties such as dental implants, clear aligners, and endodontics. Additionally, you will benefit from one-on-one mentorship and immediate inclusion in our Employee Stock Ownership Program.
