About the Role

Your Opportunity: As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be the backbone of our commitment to excellent customer service. We take pride in the phenomenal care we provide for every order we fill for our customers and their fuzzy family members. In this part-time weekend nights role, you will perform a wide range of essential warehouse functions to ensure our delivery process remains efficient and accurate.

Your day will involve labeling, replenishing, box making, and loading or unloading trailers. You will craft accurate shipping documentation for domestic shipments and safely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and material handling equipment to receive or transport product to storage and staging locations. Whether you are moving stowed product to various locations or coordinating orders, your dedication ensures our customers receive their pet supplies on time.

Hiring Process

We are looking for individuals who are at least 18 years old and possess the ability to read, write, and speak English to understand safety procedures, interpret work instructions, and communicate effectively with team members. We are also eager to train you on PIT equipment, including Cherry Pickers, High Reach, Movexx, Pallet Jacks, and Walkie Riders.
