About the Role
We are growing and looking for a highly motivated Freight Handler to join our winning team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring freight is loaded, unloaded, and transported safely within our terminal, yard, or work site.
You will work as part of a proactive team to achieve departmental and company goals. Your day will involve reading work orders, operating industrial trucks or electric hoists, and securing freight with blocking and bracing to prevent damage in transit. You will also be responsible for attaching identifying tags, stacking bundles, and maintaining a clean work area. This position requires good judgment in solving problems and handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
