Day in the Life

Your day involves booking freight through load boards and direct shippers, negotiating rates with brokers and shippers to maximize profits, and scheduling drivers to manage routes and confirm delivery appointments. You will provide full support to drivers while they are on the road, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries.

In addition to field operations, you will handle essential back-office tasks, including processing rate confirmations, managing carrier packets, invoicing, and maintaining compliance documents. A key part of your success will involve recruiting and maintaining strong relationships with qualified owner-operators, ensuring a reliable network of partners to support our logistics needs.
