What You Will Do
As a Freight Dispatcher, you will serve as the critical link between drivers, brokers, and shippers. Your day will involve booking freight through load boards and direct shippers, negotiating rates to maximize profits, and managing routes to ensure timely deliveries. You will provide full support to drivers while they are on the road, handling back-office tasks such as rate confirmations, carrier packets, invoicing, and compliance documents, and invoicing. Additionally, you will play a key role in recruiting and maintaining relationships with qualified owner-operators.
