About the Role

We are hiring motivated individuals to join our logistics team as Freight Dispatchers. This is a remote position designed for those ready to start immediately. What You Will Do

As a Freight Dispatcher, you will serve as the critical link between drivers, brokers, and shippers. Your day will involve booking freight through load boards and direct shippers, negotiating rates to maximize profits, and managing the logistical details of routes and delivery appointments. You will provide full support to drivers while they are on the road, ensuring smooth operations from pickup to delivery.

In addition to dispatching, you will handle essential back-office tasks including rate confirmations, carrier packets, invoicing, and compliance documents, and carrier packets. A key part of this role involves recruiting and maintaining relationships with qualified owner-operators to grow our network.
