About the Role
Our team members are the backbone of our operations, operating powered industrial equipment such as stand-up and sit-down forklifts equipped with fork or clamp attachments. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a high-speed, team-oriented manufacturing environment where efficiency and precision are paramount.
In this position, you will manage the end-to-end movement of goods. Your day will involve loading and unloading pallets and cases, picking and staging orders, and putting away inbound shipments to storage locations. You will be responsible for preparing products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and correct items are staged for loading, while maintaining strict inventory accuracy through detailed record-keeping. The role demands a high level of proficiency in racking systems, requiring you to maximize storage by stacking products vertically and maneuvering in tight areas without damaging inventory.
Hiring Process
Candidates must successfully complete a forklift training program and pass a Forklift Driving Skills test. The selection process evaluates your ability to perform basic operations, including driving forwards and backwards, lifting and lowering booms, and adhering to OSHA requirements regarding speed and signaling.

Requirements
