About the Role
AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Fleet Safety Manager to help guide and promote a robust safety culture across all fleet locations within our territory. This on-site position serves as a critical liaison, ensuring the safety and compliance of all fleet driver and vehicle operations while protecting associates, members, and the public.
The Fleet Safety Manager oversees the development, implementation, and enforcement of safety policies designed to maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and various state regulations. By managing the Traffic Safety Program and Driver Qualification File Compliance, this role ensures that fleet operations adhere to the highest standards of safety and accountability.
Location and Work Model
This is an on-site position based out of one of our Fleet Office locations. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to one of the following areas:
- Philadelphia, PA: 7777 Brewster Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19153
- Cincinnati, OH: 800 West 5th Street, Cincinnati, OH 45203
- Woodlawn, MD: 1730 Whitehead Road, Woodlawn, MD 21207
- Columbus, OH: 2400 Sobeck Road, Columbus, OH 43232
The role requires travel as needed to fleet locations throughout the territory. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional weekend work required.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in management, Business Administration or related field preferred
- verified6 years of relevant experience
- verified1 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- verified4 years of experience in a safety-related role
- verifiedKnowledge of applicable federal, state and local safety laws and regulations
- verifiedOSHA 30, CSP, or OHST certification or Samsara experience highly desirable
