As a Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer at Penske, you will be the face of our company—the person greeting our customers when they arrive and the one sending them off with a smile. Your mission is to ensure vehicles are fueled, clean, and safe before they hit the road again, helping our customers move forward while accelerating your own career.
This role is designed for those who have always had an interest in vehicle maintenance but haven't had the chance to pursue it. It is the perfect place to start. You will learn our vehicle maintenance processes and how to use our leading-edge technology. In fact, the training and hands-on coaching you receive here will help you advance to become a technician at a company that offers career stability.
It is about going above and beyond for our customers, building meaningful relationships, and keeping our customers moving forward. You will work in a team environment to perform vehicle readiness inspections, ensure our facilities remain clean and safe, and perform minor repairs such as installing or rotating tires.
Penske is a premier global transportation provider delivering essential and innovative transportation, logistics, and technology services. Headquartered in Reading, PA, we are driven by a dedication to excellence and a commitment to customer success.
We take pride in offering a competitive wage, great benefits, and ongoing skills training to help you grow your career. This position offers shift differentials for second and third shifts, as well as weekend work. Additionally, individuals with a current and valid CDL are eligible for a $2.00/hr rate increase.
To join our team, you must be willing to work the required schedule at our Cincinnati location. The hiring process includes completing the Penske employment application, submitting to a background screening (including criminal checks, past employment, and education), and passing a drug screen and physical as required by the Department of Transportation.
Because this position is regulated by the DOT and designated as safety-sensitive, you must maintain a current driver qualification file, which includes an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, a successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records from prior employers. CDL holders will also undergo a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of their start date.
Penske is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
