About the Role

As a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer, you will be the face of Penske, greeting customers with a smile and ensuring their vehicles are fueled, clean, and safe before they hit the road again. This role is designed for those ready to accelerate their career while helping our customers move forward. It is the perfect starting point for anyone with an interest in vehicle maintenance who hasn't yet had the chance to pursue it.

You will not only perform daily fueling and washing but also conduct vehicle readiness inspections and assist with minor repairs. Through hands-on coaching and training on leading-edge technology, you will build the skills necessary to advance into a technician role. Hiring Process

To join the team, candidates must complete the Penske employment application and submit to a comprehensive background screening, including criminal checks, past employment, and education verification. As this is a safety-sensitive position regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT), successful candidates must:

• Maintain a current driver qualification file, including an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check.
• Successfully complete a DOT Physical.
• Provide Safety Performance History records from prior employers for the last three years.
• Pass a drug screen and physical examination as required by the DOT.
• CDL holders will undergo a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of their start date and are subject to an FMCSA Clearinghouse review.
