The Role

As a CDL-A Flatbed Driver, you will operate late-model Kenworth tractors hauling freight that keeps you earning. Unlike traditional flatbed roles, our freight mix is designed for efficiency: 40% drop-and-hook loads and 40% of loads that do not require tarping. This allows you to focus on the road rather than spending excessive time on the load.

The role offers a rhythm that keeps you earning and living well, with a schedule designed to get you home every weekend. Whether you are an experienced driver or new to flatbed, the position is built to support your career growth and financial stability.

Onboarding for New Drivers

No flatbed experience? No problem. The company offers a structured path for new drivers to build skills while earning. You will start with one week of paid orientation in Birmingham, followed by a second week driving with a flatbed instructor. During this two-week onboarding period, you will earn $2,000 while learning the ropes.
