The Role

As a CDL-A Flatbed Driver, you will operate late-model Kenworth tractors hauling freight that keeps you earning. Unlike traditional flatbed roles, our freight mix is designed for efficiency: 40% drop-and-hook and 40% of loads do not require tarping. This allows you to focus on the road rather than on the load.

We offer a rhythm that keeps you earning and living well, with a schedule that gets you home every weekend. For those new to flatbed, we provide a supportive path to success: a one-week paid orientation in Birmingham followed by a second week driving with a flatbed instructor. During this two-week onboarding, you will earn $2,000 while building new skills.
