The Role

As a CDL-A Flatbed Driver, you will operate late-model Kenworth tractors hauling freight that keeps you earning. Unlike other flatbed roles, our freight is designed for efficiency: 40% drop-and-hook and 40% of loads do not require tarping, allowing you to focus on the road rather than the load.

We offer a rhythm that lets you roll all week and rest at home every weekend. Whether you are an experienced veteran or new to flatbed, we have a path for you. New drivers can start with one week of paid orientation in Birmingham, followed by a second week driving with a flatbed instructor to build skills while earning $2,000 during onboarding.
