The Role

As a CDL-A Flatbed Driver, you will operate late-model Kenworth tractors hauling freight that keeps you earning. Unlike traditional flatbed roles, our freight mix is designed for efficiency: 40% drop-and-hook and 40% of loads do not require tarping. This allows you to focus on the road rather than on the load.

The schedule is built around your life. We prioritize getting you home every weekend with a rhythm that keeps you earning and living well. Whether you are a seasoned veteran or new to flatbed, there is a path for you. New drivers without flatbed experience can start with one week of paid orientation in Birmingham, followed by a second week driving with a flatbed instructor to build skills.

Hiring Process

There is no deadline to apply; applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Interested candidates should contact a recruiter to confirm specific details regarding pay, bonuses, and location. Once hired, new drivers begin with a two-week onboarding process that includes paid orientation and mentorship.
