The Role

As a CDL-A Flatbed Driver, you will operate late-model Kenworth tractors hauling freight that keeps you earning. Unlike other flatbed roles, our freight is designed for efficiency: 40% is drop-and-hook, and 40% of loads do not require tarping. This allows you to focus on the road rather than on the load. The schedule is built around a rhythm that keeps you earning and living well, with the expectation of being home every weekend.

Onboarding for New Drivers

No flatbed experience? No problem. We offer a supportive path for new drivers to build skills while earning. You will start with one week of paid orientation in Birmingham, followed by a second week driving with a flatbed instructor. During this two-week onboarding period, you will earn $2,000 while learning the ropes.
