About the Role
We are urgently seeking a Firmware Engineer specializing in UEFI to join our team in Redmond, WA. This is a critical onsite position designed for a professional with 7-10 years of experience in embedded firmware development.
In this role, you will drive firmware development for modern computing platforms, guiding the process from early platform bring-up through system validation and final release. You will serve as a key technical partner, collaborating closely with hardware, system, and silicon partner teams to deliver production-ready firmware solutions. Your work will directly impact the stability, performance, and reliability of our systems, requiring you to debug complex hardware-firmware-software interactions and contribute to robust validation and CI/CD workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop, integrate, and maintain UEFI, MCU, and embedded firmware using C/C++

Requirements
- verified7-10 years UEFI/Embedded Firmware experience
- verifiedStrong UEFI and low level firmware development (C/C++)
- verifiedHands on experience with MCU firmware, BSP integration, and OS/driver interactions
- verifiedExperience working in cross vendor or multi company environments
- verifiedFamiliarity with source control, build systems, and CI pipelines
Nice to Have
Experience with platform bring up for consumer or commercial devices. Collaboration with silicon partners during enablement and stabilization. Experience in firmware validation or test infrastructure. Ability to work in onsite or hybrid engineering environments.
