We are seeking a Security & Emergency Service Manager to serve as a key member of the Senior Staff for our government client in Kauaʻi, Hawaiʻi. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, you will oversee all functions of the Security Department and Fire Department. This role is critical for ensuring operational readiness, managing resources, and maintaining strong relationships with government stakeholders.
As the senior Koa Lani representative, you will act as a liaison with various government customers, including the Contracting Officer's Representatives, to ensure continual communication and satisfaction. You will also serve as the Koa Lani Trusted Agent for Common Access Card transactions and represent the team at the PMRF Emergency Operations Center during real events and training exercises. Your day-to-day impact includes developing interdepartmental plans for antiterrorism, physical security, and emergency management, as well as overseeing annual training for all employees.
Candidates selected for this position must be U.S. Citizens and possess a Secret security clearance. Applicants who do not currently hold a clearance will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements prior to commencement of employment.
