We are currently seeking a Finishing Machine Operator to join our team on the 1st shift. In this role, you will be the final quality gatekeeper for our label production, ensuring that every roll meets our high standards before it reaches our customers. You will continuously monitor print and seam quality, identifying and removing defective material to maintain our reputation for excellence.
Your day will involve splicing roll webs back together according to strict specifications, handling rolls with care to prevent damage, and palletizing finished goods. You will also be responsible for recording and entering data into our company operation system (Globetek) and designated paperwork. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to solve practical problems as you navigate various variables in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
