About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial health, manage budgets, analyze financial data, and guide strategic financial decisions. This is a remote position designed for a professional who can turn objectives into actionable results within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
In this role, you will support forecasting and budgeting processes by preparing financial models and reviewing management presentations. You will develop financial projections to ensure forecasts align with expectations, working closely with key stakeholders to provide counsel on financial results, forecasts, and risks. The position involves leading financial analysis projects, managing operational productivity tracking, and preparing both routine and ad-hoc financial reports.
Due to specific customer requirements, United States Citizenship is required for this role. Candidates must have experience with forecasting and budgeting related to technology spend, as well as a strong understanding of cost allocations and pool structures.

Compensation & Benefits
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including job location, education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel, external market value, and internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of the total compensation package, which may also include short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards.
Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
