Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDirect turbine floor personnel to ensure safe and effective maintenance activities
- check_circleParticipate in work control coordination, scheduling, and engineering meetings
- check_circleOversee multidisciplinary team activities regarding turbine generator disassembly and reassembly
- check_circleEnforce procedure use and adherence to Human Performance fundamentals
- check_circleFoster open communication and collaboration between internal and external organizations
- check_circleCoordinate turbine deck lay-down and mobilization of equipment and tooling
- check_circleAdminister training, surveillance, and corrective action programs
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience OR Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience OR Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience OR High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience
- verifiedMaintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements
- verifiedFavorable medical examination and/or testing
Nice to Have
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) training as applies to discipline in reactor, turbine, or steam generator projects
