About the Role
Insight Global is seeking a global leader in workforce solutions, connecting top talent with industry-leading organizations. We are currently hiring a Field Service Technician to provide technical oversight in the deployment, installation, and maintenance of advanced Air Traffic Control (ATC) systems across customer sites nationwide.
This is a highly visible, hands-on support role where you will represent the company directly to contracting partners and clients. Your primary mission is to drive customer satisfaction by ensuring all equipment meets strict performance standards through rigorous system surveys, diagnostics, and repairs. You will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of sensitive national infrastructure systems.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be the face of our technical support on the ground. Your work involves traveling extensively to various customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and maintain complex ATC systems. You will collaborate closely with clients and partners to resolve technical issues efficiently and ensure seamless system operation.
This role requires significant mobility. You must be located within an hour of a major U.S. commercial airport. You should be prepared to travel up to 95% of the time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This includes short-notice domestic travel and occasional international assignments. The nature of the work demands flexibility and readiness to respond to technical needs wherever they arise.
Why Join Us

You will work with advanced technologies in a dynamic environment that values technical expertise and customer-centric service. We offer a competitive compensation package, including guaranteed overtime and performance-based bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits such as medical and vision insurance and a 401(k) plan.
