About the Role
As a Field Service Technician at JBT Marel, you will serve as a critical link between our engineering innovations and our customers' operations. This role is designed for a proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, travel-intensive environment. You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex capital equipment, ensuring that systems operate at peak performance from day one.
Your day-to-day life involves a mix of on-site customer engagement and remote support. Approximately 90% of your time will be spent traveling, often for periods of up to six weeks at a time, both domestically and internationally. When not at customer locations, you will be responsible for platform testing, providing customer support, and offering in-house support to other departments. You will interact daily with customers to provide professional updates on commissioning status, while also collaborating with internal project managers and the engineering team to resolve unusual operational challenges.

Requirements
- verified3-5 years of experience in a Field Service Technician capacity
- verifiedAS, AAS, or equivalent education/work experience
