The Field Service Specialist is a technical role dedicated to maintaining the quality of coffee, espresso, and beverage equipment at customer locations. This position serves both third-party and direct service customers, requiring a blend of hands-on mechanical skill and strong interpersonal abilities. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fluid work environment, capable of addressing immediate service issues and completing scheduled preventive maintenance and installations.
As a key member of the service team, you will not only troubleshoot equipment issues but also act as an educator, instructing customers on proper machine usage and cleaning protocols. The position involves a mix of on-site work and shop duties, ensuring that all equipment is kept in optimal condition. A valid North Carolina driver's license is required, and a company vehicle will be provided to facilitate travel between locations.

Candidates must be prepared for a 90-day probationary period upon hiring. Compensation is competitive and determined based on experience and qualifications.
