About the Role

We have a fantastic career opportunity for a Field Manager, Flooring Specialist. This position is 100% remote with travel to MD, VA or DC area.

The Field Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of various commercial projects, simultaneously or intermittently as the case may be. The Field Manager works in partnership with the project teams and sub-contractors throughout the entire job (pre-install through post install) to ensure there is efficient allocation of materials and resources; they also strive to enhance the value of the business, ensure process efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleDocument job site updates and progress using ProCore Observations
  • check_circleInitiate and manage field change orders with project managers
  • check_circleOversee day-to-day commercial flooring projects from pre-install to close-out
  • check_circleCoordinate material deliveries and subcontractor manpower scheduling
  • check_circleManage punch lists and project close-out activities
  • check_circleReview project plans, specifications, and blueprints to identify potential issues
  • check_circleConduct daily site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with standards
  • check_circleProvide technical assistance to installers regarding product usage and processes

Requirements
