About the Role

This role is designed for those who would rather be on the move than behind a desk. You will partner with system integrators and manufacturers to ensure automation projects work flawlessly when it matters most. Rather than installing systems yourself, you will support data center startups and lead startup, checkout, and acceptance testing for warehouse fulfillment and manufacturing systems in industries like food and beverage.

Your day will involve performing on-site mechanical, electrical, and control checks, troubleshooting complex problems, and validating systems alongside automation and controls engineers. You will travel across North America, experiencing new cities and tackling unique projects without a fixed office. Typical travel rotations follow a schedule of 5 on/2 off, 10 on/4 off, or 14 on/7 off, bringing new challenges and locations with every project.
