Key Responsibilities
- check_circleComplete troubleshooting, installation, validation, and service repair on Beckman Coulter equipment
- check_circlePerform preventative maintenance and modifications on Automation and Chemistry systems
- check_circleMaintain accurate customer service logs and internal service records
- check_circleUtilize business systems like OBI, Sales Force, and SharePoint for service call planning
- check_circleCommunicate with internal and external customers to address unique needs
- check_circleAssist with the training of newer Field Service Engineers
- check_circleOrder repair parts and adhere to defined cycle times
- check_circleProvide technical training to customers on product usage and maintenance
Requirements
- verifiedAssociate degree in technical, biomedical, instrumentation, or electrical engineering or related field
- verifiedHigh School diploma with 3 years of experience
- verified1-year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, or instrumentation
- verifiedValid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Nice to Have
3+ years' experience of advanced troubleshooting. Experience in developing relationships with internal and external customers to foster positive partnership and enhance likelihood of customer satisfaction and retention.
