We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented Field Recruiter to join our team. This role is designed for someone passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful work that makes a difference in the lives of our patients and families.
Working under the direction of the Field Recruitment Manager, you will build relationships with schools, training programs, and referral networks to bring qualified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) into the agency. You will be paired with a designated HR Onboarding Coordinator to ensure all collected documentation is promptly forwarded for verification. This is a highly mobile, field-based role focused on community engagement, applicant screening, and maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
