Key Responsibilities
- check_circleRun pre- and post-event marketing campaigns to drive booth traffic and bookings
- check_circleManage event budgets, track costs, and forecast spend accurately
- check_circlePlan and execute end-to-end event logistics including booth design and travel
- check_circlePartner with sales to book pre-show meetings and ensure lead capture and follow-up
- check_circleNegotiate sponsorships, booth space, and vendor contracts to maximize ROI
- check_circleSource and prioritize tradeshows and conferences aligned with ICP and revenue goals
- check_circleDefine KPIs and build post-event reports to measure pipeline and ROI impact
- check_circleServe as on-site point of contact for setup, troubleshooting, and team coordination
Requirements
- verified1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination
- verifiedExperience managing an events budget
- verifiedAbility to define KPIs and build reports connecting event activity to pipeline and revenue
- verifiedProven experience using AI to automate or improve work as an events marketer
- verifiedFamiliarity with HubSpot CRM
