About the Role
The Inline Group is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join their team in California. This employed, full-time position offers a structured work environment with Monday through Friday hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 PM, with flexibility available for extended hours and scheduling. The role is designed for physicians who are committed to providing high-quality primary care, and new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Mission and Patient Care
In this position, you will provide comprehensive medical care to indigent primary care patients. Your primary focus will be coordinating and delivering primary and preventive medical care to a panel of assigned patients. You will see an average of 18 to 22 patients daily, ensuring thorough and attentive care for each individual.
Team and Collaboration
As a key member of the medical team, you will consult with the medical director regarding the work performance of midlevel providers and other back-office staff. This collaborative approach ensures that the entire team operates efficiently and maintains high standards of patient care. Experience working with clients and staff from diverse socio-economic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds is preferred, reflecting the diverse community served by this practice.
Professional Growth and Support
We support your professional development through a robust benefits package that includes 1 week of CME time plus a $1,500 allowance. Additionally, we offer relocation assistance if you are moving from out of state. Qualifications and Licensing
Candidates must possess current CA and DEA licenses, as well as current CPR certification. The position is open to Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctors with or without US residency, provided they have current US work visa status. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus and highly valued in this role.
