We are inviting BC/BE Family Medicine physicians to join a team of dedicated professionals with a commitment to quality care. This is a rapidly growing, physician-owned practice based in Denver, Colorado, with a solid reputation for excellence.
About the Role
You will round on patients across Skilled Nursing, Acute Care, and Long Term Care facilities as part of a collaborative team approach. This role involves coordinating closely with specialists, surgeons, physical, occupational, and speech therapists, case management, and psychology services to ensure comprehensive patient care.
The position leverages smart technology, including integrated voice recognition, to allow providers to complete patient encounters quickly and directly into the EHR. Clinical triage manages calls from facilities seven days a week, ensuring a streamlined workflow and eliminating the need for overnight call. Onboarding includes comprehensive training in all relevant systems, such as Gehrimed and Point Click Care.
