About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our fast-growing practice in the Melrose, Lexington, and Newburyport areas. The ideal candidate is seasoned, confident, strategic, and thrives in the courtroom. This role is designed for an "A" player who is ready to lead within our pod structure, managing a full docket of divorce, custody, support, and modification cases.

In this position, you will not only advocate for clients by analyzing complex situations and forming strategic plans of action but also lead a team comprising a Paralegal and a Client Success Coordinator. You will be expected to contribute to the continued growth and leadership of our Family Law division, mentor junior staff, and engage in firm-wide marketing and community outreach. We utilize a modern tech stack, including Clio, Decision Vault, and AI-assisted drafting tools, to make your day easier and more efficient.
