About the Role
The Lube Technician is the frontline of our express service, responsible for performing efficient and precise lube duties to keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. This role is vital to maintaining our high standards for customer satisfaction (CSI) and ensuring every vehicle leaves our service area clean, safe, and ready for the road.
In this position, you will work primarily in our service area, utilizing power tools and test equipment to perform oil and filter changes, lubricate critical vehicle joints, and check essential fluid levels. Your day involves a blend of technical precision and customer interaction; you will report necessary repairs to our service advisors, ensure vehicles are free of residue, and communicate effectively with both customers and the team. We value integrity and accountability, expecting every team member to take ownership of their work and adhere to all safety regulations.

Hiring Process & Application
