About the Role
We are seeking experienced Solo Drivers to join our team for Over-The-Road (OTR) positions. You will be responsible for hauling live loads, dry vans, and refrigerated units, primarily handling drop-and-hook loads for major carriers like Amazon, UPS, and FedEx.
In this role, you will operate brand-new trucks (2019-2023 Volvo or Freightliner Cascadia) that are fully equipped with fridges, inverters, and GPS. The position offers a competitive compensation structure based on cents per mile (CPM) and load percentages, with an average gross weekly pay ranging from $2,500 to $3,000. Drivers can expect to average 3,000 to 3,500 miles per week.
We are committed to supporting our drivers' well-being and work-life balance. Travel and accommodation expenses are fully paid by the company, and drug tests are covered. While the role is OTR, we offer a home time schedule where drivers receive 3 days of home time for every 21 days worked, ensuring you are home at least 3 weekends per month.
Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must hold a valid Class A license without specific restrictions (such as Air Brakes, Night Driving, or Intrastate Only). Applicants must also possess 12 years of OTR experience.
Orientation Details Please note that orientation is not paid and does not cover accommodation or meals. Drivers will be provided with their own room during the orientation period.
