About the Role
At the front line of the Safelite experience, the Auto Glass Technician is an entrepreneurial, hands-on professional. You will leverage Safelite's training, industry-leading tools, and technology to complete repairs, replacements, and recalibrations. Whether working in a Safelite Shop or on the go with our Mobile Glass Shop offerings, your focus will be on safety, quality, and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for cleaning customer vehicles after every job and communicating with clients in-person, via text, and on the phone, often presenting and promoting additional Safelite services.
