About the Role
The Executive Administrative Assistant serves as a strategic partner to an Executive or Senior Vice President, ensuring the seamless operation of the executive's office and the broader organization. This role is designed for a highly adaptable professional who acts as a trusted liaison, facilitating effective communication between executives and a diverse network of internal and external stakeholders.
You will navigate a dynamic environment where normal duties often extend beyond traditional business hours and scope. Success in this position requires the ability to exercise independent judgment on ambiguous tasks, manage complex global calendars, and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. As a key member of the administrative team, you will also mentor peers and drive process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.

- check_circlePrepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations with attention to detail
- check_circleHandle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and safeguarding privileged data
- check_circleManage travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary planning
- check_circleAssist in expense tracking and processing invoices collaborating with finance for accurate records
- check_circleCollaborate with administrative staff providing mentorship and fostering a cohesive team environment
- check_circleProactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective administrative systems
