About the Role
As an Event Security team member with BEST Crowd Management, you'll help create safe, enjoyable experiences at major sports, entertainment, and convention venues. Working on-site at events, you'll control access points, conduct bag checks, monitor crowds, and respond to incidents while delivering professional, friendly guest service.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMonitor entry points, verify tickets and credentials, and perform bag checks per venue procedures
- check_circleSupport crowd management by directing guest flow and monitoring for potential safety issues
- check_circleProvide professional guest service by answering questions and assisting with seating and directions
- check_circleObserve and report security or safety concerns to supervisors and venue staff promptly
- check_circleRespond to incidents following established protocols and support emergency evacuation procedures
- check_circleDocument incidents and unusual activity accurately and in a timely manner
- check_circleWork collaboratively with security and event staff to maintain a safe environment
- check_circleFollow all company and venue policies, post orders, and appearance standards
Requirements
