As a Full Time Evening Manager On Duty at Cub Foods, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our Alexandria store. Reporting to the Assistant Store Director and Department Managers, you are responsible for supervising employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing daily store functions during evening shifts. What You Will Do

In this role, you will provide employee supervision and work direction to keep the team productive and engaged. You will be responsible for problem-solving quickly and communicating any store issues to management. Your duties will include assisting with merchandising and receiving products to keep shelves full, which may involve heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. Additionally, you will help maintain a safe store environment and work with the team on all tasks necessary to ensure an awesome store experience for our customers.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking individuals who have experience working in a supervisory management position, with 2-3 years of experience preferred. You should have knowledge of planning, coordinating, and managing a store’s daily functions. While food safety training is preferred, we are primarily looking for candidates who are motivated to grow their careers and continue learning.
