The Trenton Board of Education is seeking a dedicated Elementary Teacher or ESL Teacher to join the faculty at Rivera Elementary School. This full-time, 10-month position is designed for an educator committed to fostering a supportive and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. The role focuses on implementing instructional plans that meet the diverse needs, abilities, and interests of all students while guiding them toward the achievement of curriculum goals.
As a member of the team, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to the district's philosophy of education through your instructional practices and professional conduct. Success in this role requires establishing and maintaining positive, cooperative relationships with colleagues, students, and families, ensuring a collaborative approach to student success.
Applicants must hold a valid New Jersey Teacher Certification or be eligible for appropriate certification. All certificated positions require a valid certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE).
