This position serves as a pivotal change agent within Gregory Poole Equipment Company, driving the integration of N365 (Microsoft Dynamics 365) as the corporate business operating system. The primary mission is to maximize operational efficiency by seamlessly embedding N365 functionalities into daily workflows while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
You will act as the front line of support for all N365 users, bridging the gap between technical configuration and practical application. Your day-to-day involves diagnosing root causes of customer issues, resolving them through the help desk interface, and transforming those resolutions into teaching opportunities that empower internal and external users. Beyond troubleshooting, you will analyze data to refine processes, conduct procedural audits, and develop training materials that align with corporate standards.
As a key member of the organization, you will collaborate closely with ERP Business Analysts, Management, and the broader Gregory Poole team. Your role requires a holistic approach to problem-solving, ensuring that solutions benefit both the individual customer and the organization at large. You will be instrumental in guiding the company through the N365 paradigm shift, providing critical feedback to ensure the system's success and evolving the way the organization operates.
