About the Project
We are seeking experienced Equipment Operators for a long-term construction initiative located on a federal Air Force base in Dover, DE. This large-scale project demands a team of dependable, safety-focused professionals capable of maintaining high efficiency in a fast-paced commercial environment.
The Role
As an Equipment Operator, you will be the backbone of site logistics, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and equipment. Your day-to-day will involve operating rough terrain forklifts, skid steers, telehandlers, and loaders to support multiple crews. You will play a critical role in material handling, staging, and site preparation, working collaboratively with supervisors and other trades to keep production schedules on track.
