The ePayments Wire Specialist I serves as a vital support pillar for the ePayments Wire team within the EB Support Services Department. This role exists to ensure the seamless processing of domestic and international wire transfers, business cross-border payments, and consumer remittance transfers. You will be the face of the team for internal and external inquiries, providing call center support and managing service requests through a ticketing system.
Your day will involve researching and resolving wire transfer issues, managing email proxies, and maintaining documentation systems. You will also handle the reconciliation of miscellaneous General Ledger and deposit accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal regulations. This position requires a blend of technical precision and customer service excellence to support the broader electronic banking functions of the organization.
