About the Role
We are seeking an EH&S & Facilities Operations representative to join our growing Fabrication Shop team in Hollywood, MD. This role is pivotal in supporting a highly technical aerospace and defense manufacturing environment focused on precision machining, welding, fabrication, systems integration, and prototype development for mission-critical programs. As a key component of Aether Aerospace's advanced manufacturing capabilities, our shop supports the development and production of complex mechanical and electronic systems for government customers.
In this fast-paced, quality-driven environment, you will serve as the site lead for AS9100D compliance and drive the culture of the Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) program. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing facility maintenance, managing robust environmental programs, leading the site EH&S Council, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will act as a bridge between operations, engineering, and quality teams to maintain a safe, compliant, and secure workplace.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this position must possess an Active Secret Clearance. The interview process will assess technical competency in AS9100D systems, EH&S compliance, and facility operations within a regulated manufacturing context.
