About the Role
You will be integral in fostering a nurturing and rigorous academic environment and shaping the future of our students. As a member of our teaching force, you will deliver engaging, thought-provoking, and rigorous lessons designed to meet our high academic standards. Your day will involve assessing student performance through a variety of means to measure progress and adjust instructional techniques as needed. You will collaborate with teaching staff and administration to develop curriculum materials and educational strategy aligned with Success Academy's high standards. Additionally, you will participate in professional development workshops, training, and teacher mentorship programs to continuously refine your craft.
Beyond the classroom, you will communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress and development. Your focus will be on maintaining a positive and nurturing class environment that promotes student learning and well-being while implementing classroom management techniques to foster a structured learning atmosphere.
