About the Team
Year Up is seeking an Entry Level Application Developer to join our innovative Information Technology team. This unique position offers the opportunity to integrate technical skills with a meaningful mission in an educational setting. As part of our IT & Data Management department, the successful candidate will be integral to supporting our academic programs and services through the development and maintenance of application solutions.
The developer will collaborate extensively with educational staff to understand and meet their technology needs, enhancing both faculty and student experiences. This role is designed for those passionate about leveraging technology to drive educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop, test, and implement application solutions tailored to educational staff and students
- check_circleCollaborate with IT team and stakeholders to define system requirements and customize software
- check_circleProvide technical support and troubleshooting for applications within the organization
- check_circleDocument all phases of software development including design, testing, and deployment
- check_circleAssist in training staff and students on the use of new technologies and applications
- check_circleCommunicate effectively with non-technical staff to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Requirements
