This position invites both new and experienced agents to join the KW family to represent home sellers and buyers through real estate transactions. The role entails coordinating with third-party entities, managing transaction paperwork, and negotiating prices. Agents will also perform strategic prospecting methods to identify new clients interested in buying or selling real estate. Success in this role requires interacting with clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, and open houses, while operating with an optimistic entrepreneurial mindset and unwavering drive to help clients find the right property.
