Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCollect, compile, organize, and analyze utility consumption data and rates
- check_circleConduct energy benchmarks using internal and external tools such as EPA Energy Star
- check_circleCreate utility budgets and develop energy consumption baselines
- check_circleAssist with the collection and analysis of data from field surveys and utility data
- check_circleIdentify and evaluate improvements for energy or cost reductions
- check_circleAssist with the development and implementation of Measurement and Verification Plans
- check_circleVerify utility performance of facilities and validate savings
- check_circleCreate, maintain, and distribute M&V dashboards and reports through multiple software platforms
- check_circleAssist with the collection and evaluation of energy, weather, and building automation data
- check_circleAssist with the development of engineering-based energy models to simulate building operations
- check_circleAssist with the development of life cycle cost analyses and engineering economic analyses
- check_circleReview utility invoices for errors and work to resolve them with the utility
