About the Opportunity
A prominent regional law firm with a national footprint is currently seeking a mid-to-senior level Employee Benefits Attorney to join their Albany office. While the position is based in Albany, remote work arrangements are under consideration for the right candidate.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will possess between four and ten years of professional experience in Employee Benefits law. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of all facets of employee benefits, including:
- ERISA regulations
- The design, establishment, maintenance, and operational management of various retirement, welfare, and fringe benefit plans
- In-depth knowledge of applicable employee benefits laws, regulations, and compliance requirements

Compensation and Benefits
Salary
The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $139,000 to $192,000. The final base salary offer will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and skill level.
