About the Role
We are hiring passionate Paramedics in Clackamas County to deliver high-quality basic and advanced patient care. In this role, you will assess call situations to determine the best course of action while adhering to progressive protocols. You will utilize advanced medical equipment, including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction devices, and intravenous fluids, to provide critical care.
Beyond clinical duties, you will serve as a team leader, taking responsibility for scene and unit management when needed. A significant part of the role involves driving the ambulance for 911 responses and collaborating professionally with allied health, public safety personnel, and fellow Paramedics. You will also communicate directly with patients and their loved ones to provide information and assurance during care.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- verifiedOregon State Paramedic License
- verifiedState Driver's License
- verifiedBLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS certifications
- verifiedICS 100, 200, 700, 800 certifications
- verifiedPass Physical Agility Test
- verifiedSome work experience, preferably in healthcare
