About the Role
This position is dedicated to providing students with meaningful learning activities and experiences in their core academic subject area. The primary mission is to help students fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth, enabling them to develop the competencies and skills necessary to function successfully in society.
As an educator, you will serve as a positive role model, supporting the broader mission of the school district while fostering a classroom environment conducive to learning. Your day-to-day work involves creating a space that is appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of every student. You will collaborate with colleagues, special education teachers, and inclusion staff to modify curricula and determine instructional goals that meet district requirements.
Beyond the classroom, you will be responsible for guiding students in analyzing and improving their study methods and habits. You will also have the opportunity to sponsor extracurricular activities approved by the campus principal, further extending your impact on student growth and development.
