At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do. As a valued team member, you will join a high-performing group dedicated to our customer's missions and driven by a higher purpose: to ensure the safety of our nation. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on technical work and strategic analysis within a culture of integrity and trust.
In this position, you will focus on a broad range of duties with a strong emphasis on RF test environments, electronic component characterization, and the development of intelligence products. You will have the autonomy to take the time you need through a unique flexible time off benefit and access to robust learning resources to make your ambitions a reality. Together, we will advance our nation's most critical missions, build on our lengthy track record of business success, and find opportunities to break new ground in your career and our legacy.
You will serve as a key contributor to the engineering team, performing complex tasks that bridge theoretical RF concepts with practical electronics. Your day-to-day will involve conducting RF measurements using advanced equipment like signal generators and spectrum analyzers, as well as testing and characterizing electrical components, including IEDs and Software Defined Radios (SDRs).
A significant portion of your work will involve integrating RF systems into Uncrewed Systems across aerial, ground, and surface platforms. You will also be responsible for analyzing and reverse-engineering electronic circuits to develop device profiles, generating schematics, and designing PCBs using CAD tools. From developing and prototyping custom circuits to performing precise soldering and debugging of electronic components, your hands-on expertise will be critical to solving complex problems in integrated circuit architectures.
Candidates for this position must possess an active TS/SCI clearance and must pass a comprehensive medical assessment. We value the unique contributions every employee brings to our company and customers, and we are committed to a process that identifies the right fit for our mission.
